Terms of use

Digital Training Centre · Last updated 21 September 2026 · Version 1.0
These terms apply to everyone who signs in to or uses the Digital Training Centre. Commercial terms between Sector 3 Group Ltd and a customer organisation (such as fees, service levels and the data processing agreement) are set out in the separate agreement with that customer; if anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement takes priority.

1. About the service

The Digital Training Centre ("the service") is provided by Sector 3 Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16566947) ("Sector 3", "we", "us"). It supports the delivery and recording of emergency care training, including scenario delivery, soundscapes, course records, skills-station marking, theory paperwork capture, learner feedback, course packs and instructor CPD. Contact: info@sector3group.co.uk.

2. Accounts and access

3. Acceptable use

You must use the service only for your organisation's legitimate training purposes and in line with its policies. You must not:

4. Clinical and assessment content

5. Your data

Course and learner records belong to your organisation. We process them on its behalf, as described in our privacy notice and the data processing agreement with your organisation.

6. Availability and changes

7. Support

Use Create ticket in the app to report a problem or ask a question. You'll receive a ticket reference, and your request is sent to our support team at info@sector3group.co.uk. Response times are as agreed with your organisation.

8. Intellectual property

The Digital Training Centre, Scene Sounds, and their software, design, sound library and original content are owned by or licensed to Sector 3 Group Ltd. Your organisation is granted a licence to use them for the term of its subscription. Awarding organisation forms, logos and criteria remain the property of their owners and are used for the purpose of completing their required records.

9. Liability

10. Suspension and ending access

We may suspend an account that appears to be compromised or misused, and will tell your organisation. Access ends when your organisation's subscription ends or it asks us to remove you. What happens to data at the end of a subscription is described in our privacy notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top show when they last changed. Significant changes will be communicated to customer organisations.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
